Position Summary

This position is the ERP focused member of our IT team who will be required to wear many hats, and has a strong understanding around the business processes related to the areas listed above within our ERP. A strong balance between functional business knowledge and technical ability is required, while this is an ERP support role and not a developer position. Position will also provide regular ERP instruction for Heath staff through documentation and training sessions.

We distribute product from our warehouse to 4 showrooms and direct to customers through ecommerce sales. Heath currently runs SAP Business One (and iVend retail) as its integrated ERP solution connecting all aspects of the business - finance, manufacturing, inventory and distribution, ecomm sales retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

_ Ensuring that our systems are running properly and efficiently

_ Implementing ongoing projects around re-engineering of our software systems, including add-ons, ecomm connector logic, and customizations

_ End-user and customer optimization

_ System optimization and maintenance

_ Report writing and data mining

_ System configurations

_ Auditing, managing users and licenses, security configurations related to SAP

_ Assisting with evaluation and recommendations on system enhancements and upgrades

_ Assisting with development, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and upgrades

_ Managing system integrations and performs daily data integrity verifications and corresponding reconciliations

_ Regular training of new staff and of best practices

_ Acting as the point person for support to our Vendors

_ Creating and maintaining accurate internal documentation relating to ERP operations

_ Assisting users design reports with tools like SAP / Excel addon BI360 Designer and Composer

This position has many customers and a wide range of users within the business, and requires:

_ Excellent customer service

_ Determining solutions, building tools and creating best practices

_ Excellent documentation of functional designs and system configurations

_ Being the expert resource on all things related to our ERP systems

_ Planning and scheduling timely completion of projects

Skills, Experience and Attributes

A strong aptitude for process and continuous improvement is required. Success in this position is defined by efficient business processes that are always improving and enabling us to serve our customers better and better. Equally important to success is enabling every improving efficiency and accuracy in our manufacturing and logistics processes. This position works closely with other members of our IT team and key members of our manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams, requiring:

_ 2-4 years of experience

_ Demonstrated aptitude in:

       _ SQL (scripting and stored procedures)

       _ Relational Databases

       _ Multiple ERP systems (SAP B1 a major plus)

       _ Queries

_ Excellent communication skills

_ High attention to detail and presentation

_ Highly self motivated and curious, not settling for the status quo

_ Excellent objectivity in challenging situations, with the ability to keep the goal in mind

_ Enjoys working with others and is motivated by the success of a team

_ Highly collaborative, excellent at taking feedback and seeing other perspectives

_ Familiarity with Qlik Sense dashboard development tools a plus

_ High appreciation for both product and design - in any and all forms

Position Details

_ Location: Heath San Francisco, 2900 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110.

_ Reports to: IT Manager

_ Key relationships: IT Team, Operations and Purchasing Team

_ Schedule and hours: full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
